High cholesterol, when do you have to start taking medication?

My hubby’s reading today was
HDL - 61
LDL - 167
Trigy - 89
Cholesterol ratio - 4.0
Total cholesterol - 246
Fasting glucose - 93
Blood pressure 138/80
Does this look normal or should he be on medication…
