Some daily guidelines to lower Cholesterol

· Watch your caloric intake, eat a variety of low cholesterol food.
· Eat fruits and vegetables every day.
· Eat cereals, breads, pasta and other whole-grain products.
· Eat fish, poultry (without skin) and leaner cuts of meat.
· Eat fat-free milk dairy products.
· 30–60 minutes of vigorous activities on 3 days of the week.
· Maintain a healthy weight.
· Take cholesterol medication if needed
