Most of the foods u did show is full of sugar white refined wheat flour and transfatty acid!! thats what couses inflamation and heart problems! Also u r showing natural foods like fish eggs meat and butter and u r accusing them of a crime that sugar commits!! not fat!! Another one telling us a big fat lie about cholesterol!!
